"So I heard you had a nap today at Kim's house (daycare)," I say as we are taking our coats off at home yesterday.
Big blue eyes turn and look at me.
"Mom, how do you hear me at Kim's house when you are at work?"
Note to self, use proper verbs when speaking to a 3 year old who takes everything literally.
