Red vs. Green
So we have a family fued going with tractors. I like green John Deeres and Cowboy likes the red ones. So we have each been trying to get Paige to recognize the appropriate brand. I am winning so far. She sees any tractor, baler, implement, etc. and yells "John Deere!" (My dad is so proud of this.) Cowboy thinks we are ambushing him with this, so he's been telling her "Case" when we see the tractor in our yard. She then obediently repeats it for him and he grins. I tolerate this since I know when she sees it later on, that she yells "Red John Deere!" I haven't had the heart to tell him this yet.

I color me!
So the antics of Paige have become too humerous to keep to myself. I must share with the world how witty and funny she is--granted I am a little biased. But maybe you'll read one and laugh or at least appreciate the lack of 2 year old fun in your home!
So on Tuesday Paige was helping her Dad surf the internet and decided it would be more fun to color with her markers. She's very good about them and I haven't had to wipe grafitti off of my walls yet. She even puts them away in a certain spot and gets mad if they aren't put away correctly (no idea where that comes from!) Anyway, she came running into the living room later on and declared "I color me!" and proudly displayed her arms and legs for us to see. I tried hard not to laugh and then we had the markers are for paper only discussion. Oh well, it came right off in the bath tub!
